A dense full flavoured German style rye much loved in Europe and packed with nutrition. Similar to a pumpernickel rye this loaf is usually eaten sliced thinly and toasted as rye cruskits smothered in your favourite dip or spread.
Ingredients: Freshly milled whole grain rye, filtered water, rye sourdough culture, Himalayan pink salt.
